Refund and Returns Policy

Refund and Replacements

You may reach out to us via mail or our Contact Us form to initiate a Refund or Replacement within 30 days of placing your Order.

We will honour your request in the event the product that was delivered was damaged during delivery. Damage in this case would be the bottle or packaging breaking or splitting causing spillage or exposure of the contents within the bottle or packaging. Please provide photographic or video evidence of the damage to us during our course of communication with you.

We will also request for photographic or video evidence of the invoice to be sent to us.

Once all the above are done, we will discuss if you would like a Refund or a Replacement.

If you request a Refund, we may request you to share your Bank Account Number based on the original payment method for the Order. The price of the Damaged Product PLUS your Delivery Fee will be refunded to you. The refund will be made automatically to the buyer’s credit/debit card, eWallet or original method of payment within (4) weeks.

For FPX, the refund will only be made to the designated bank account. If the refund is not approved, we will be processing it as a Replacement instead.

If you request for a Replacement, we will be packing and delivering you the equivalent products that were damaged free of charge.

We will then proceed to claim for damages from our Delivery Partner and also take the opportunity to discuss with them to be more careful to ensure future deliveries to you, our customers, reach you intact and keep you happy. =)

Returns

We do not accept returns for products that have been delivered regardless if the product has been opened or not.

Undelivered Order

If you believe an order has not been delivered successfully, do contact us. We will check with our delivery partner to discover what has happened.

If it is verified that the order was not delivered successfully, we will follow the procedures for “Refund and Replacements” with the only difference being we would be asking for information you have received via previous communications with us on your Order to verify that you have really placed the Order with us.
